Tiris Manor Return Policy
At Tiris Manor, every item is carefully selected and offered in limited quantities. Because of this, we encourage thoughtful purchases—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Due to the nature of our small-batch collections, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email [your customer service email] with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If the item is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (noted on product pages)
- Beauty & personal care items
- Fragrances
- Food or perishables
- Customized or made-to-order products
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
